A few one liners. Nothing wrong, just on the radar. May be nothing. May be something. Maybe CM wants to abuse his powers.

I've had at least 2 quality posts in the last week and neither have been addressed to which I only have one answer.

    I need a new girlfriend. :(

Who defines a quality post? Is this a quality post?

Marginal. If you had a bunch of obvious runner posts and a Mod decided to act, you might lose one as short as this. If your other posts are pretty good, then this one would likely survive.

One not made with the intent of reaching 50.

Kinda this. Quality posts are easy to create if you want to participate. You can ask questions- particularly handy if you are a true newbie. You can engage in existing conversations or answer questions if you have something to offer. There are picture threads (usually stickies) where you can share pictures of your firearms. This takes some time, effort and thought. Generally it takes multi-sentence posts.

Real runners are generally quite transparent to those of us who have been around a while. When your motivation is to get to the classifieds quickly, then you aren't really interested in taking time to really contribute to the conversation. Runners generally give very short (often one word) answers to a bunch of threads, which may or may not be relevant. If anyone tries to engage them, they likely have moved on to other threads already and likely won't answer. They really aren't adding any value to INGO and actually put in a lot of junk that others must read past to get to more interesting info. Once they get to the classifieds, you will rarely see them post anything outside of that area again.

Once you've reached 50, then the standards ease up. One-liners and even one-word answers are okay. You've made it past the classifieds-barrier and further posts mean that you are interested in participating in the community and not strictly the free classifieds. We like that.
