Some were better than one liners, but almost all were pure filler content just to make count. He didn't return to any of the threads to re-post, or to check and see if there was a response. He moved on to another thread and posted again, several times within the same minute or two. There is no way he could be trying to contribute with the speed those posts were flying out his keyboard. His intent was VERY clear (at least to most). He wanted his numbers and that's all he cared about.

Now I guess it's possible that there was an emergency and the only way he had to communicate with someone was through a PM, and that emergency was cleared up in that one PM. If that's the case then I apologize and I will pay for his site supporter fee for a year. He was awful excited on his way to 50 after all. Most of those posts came within a minute of each other, some within the same minute. I'm sure the mods have actual time stamps that are more accurate than '2 hours ago'.

I highly doubt that was the case though. Chances are good that this was a flat out run. One liners or not, the intent was clear, to build numbers and the hell with content. Sorry if it seems this is a waste of time to some, it's my time to waste if I choose to. In addition it's the rules that keep this place from devolving into cragislist. In addition to that it jams up the new post section with posts that don't amount to anything. It makes people have to sort through the junk to find actual new posts instead of filler. This guy managed to squeak right on through late on a weekend when the mods were asleep. He knew very well what he was doing.


Now off I go to mark all threads read so I don't have to sift through his garbage.

Yep. I cleared all the new posts then went and did the 'hunt & peck' for something to read for about 10 minutes. Clicked new posts again, yippie! I had 3 to read, well 2 now.

Giving up for the night. Time to let the unread posts build up and check them in the morning.

over on the kygo site, back when it was known as kfa we had a mod who would post on every thread late at night. when you checked in in the morning he would be the last poster in every thread on the first page. He was known as Wash and we refereed to this as a Wash out. Kinda funny at times , but sometimes it made finding a post you wanted to get back to difficult to find. Oh the good old days lol.
