Yeah, or it might have been better if I broke the yolks and flattened them out more. For the egg McMuffins I just leave the yolks whole and cook them all the way through, but then they're dome-shaped.maybe bacon in between the eggs would have a better grip?
That's what I'd like to have for the muffins. But yeah, for bacon, egg and cheese sammiches I always break the yolks over the top of the bacon so it's all held together.i always break the yolk when i am making a sandwich
