Just before the debate as the VIPs were heading to their seats they had the families sort of meet and greet each other. Word has it that Trump was originally planning to have the 4 women replace his own family and greet Bill Clinton. Hillary went ape-**** crazy back stage and Trump had to back off of doing that.

Now, I don't know that I would say "brilliant". I wish our political process were elevated much further above tabloid. That said, I can't say I'm unhappy that the Clintons were insulted. They deserve a lot worse.

Wrong. Not a meet and greet. Trump wanted them to sit in the VIP Box. That way they would be seen on TV more and more so that Hillary and Bill would have to see them. Instead the Republican Co-Chairman of Debates threatened to have the ladies forcibly removed from the venue and they agreed instead to let them sit in the upper deck. The issue was Trump said it's a "VIP" box but the Republican Co-Chair said that box is only for families. Now, there might have been a plan for the meet & greet to happen at the end of the debate but it never got to that point.

She was amazing in the debate.
I would have been mortified facing the women who were victims of my spouse. I would have been silenced by the comment on not understanding the little 'C" on documents. I would not even show up after all the lies about the emails.

    Amazing.
    Wicked.
    Dangerous.

I thought since all the cool Trump supporters were doing it, it was fair game.

Either way, you (plural) can't get around the issue that Trump and HRC are more alike than different by Trump supporters' own guidelines.

    BUT TRUMP!
The difference is that Trump has not been a politician for the last 30yrs like Hillary has.
A politician who says she's been working for the people.

She has. She represented the people that elected her, and her husband. We can argue (wouldn't take long) whether she did "good" while she was doing it, but that's more than Trump can say. He's only represented himself and his clan.

I went back to read the pages that I hadn't read and couldn't bear the UTTER IGNORANCE being argued.

Mods,Ignorance is in no way a put down, I am IGNORANT of MANY things. I may give an opinion, but I will usually bow to someone more knowledgeable than myself on a given subject.

There are several folk here who were "read on" to compartmented information. The nuances of civil law have no caparison in this case.

No, it was a criminal matter. A wise man knows what he doesn't know. I do know how criminal law is supposed to work even though I haven't ever gotten any clearance.

I don't want to hear a WORD from hillary about being racist after I just read this.

Update: Twitter is now specifically censoring tweets that contain this link and will not allow you to post it. You can post other wikilinks articles without this happening, so they are aware of just how destructive this really is.

    I don't understand. Those aren't HRC's words.

A couple of times we've seen these Wikileaks articles improperly described or attributed.

I think someone is copying from a far right site and not bothering to read what has been said.

    Not very gratifying.

Where did I say those were her words?

These are the Podesta email archives, he's her campaign chairman. He's also a total UFO nutcase.

Well, you said you didn't want to hear from Hillary about racism. The main email is a translation of an opinion piece from an Israeli newspaper - Haaretz. I believe it is the most widely-read Israeli publication. The article itself appears to have been written by an acclaimed Israeli author.

There's no indication HRC agrees or not with what was written. Regardless, it was an important international article that I would've expected her to read as SecState.

So it would appear Saudi Arabia is propping up ISIS, as well as donating to hillary's campaign. Unless I'm missing something.

Wouldn't that make her the receiver of donations from a (US government recognized) state sponsor of terrorism?

Before someone says it's just an individual donating to the clinton foundation, stop, don't even try that.

Hillary Clinton is corrupt, she sold out out our country to foreign powers via the Clinton foundation at every opportunity. She is a liar, as everyone knows. She is a thief, she stole everything that wasn't nailed down from the White House last time around. She leaves our military out to die, then says "what difference does it make?". She enables a serial rapist. She views the Constitution as a distasteful set of rules that need to be changed in order to give the government more power - power it should never have. She hates the people of this country, calls a huge swath of us deplorable and unredeemable. She abuses everyone who has to work for her. She is a truly vile and loathsome person, and in this case I use the term "person" very loosely.

Trump's biggest faults seem to be bad manners, hubris, and boorishness.

How anyone can see her as preferable to him is a mystery to me.

No, it was a criminal matter. A wise man knows what he doesn't know. I do know how criminal law is supposed to work even though I haven't ever gotten any clearance.

You have never been cleared so since you don't know.

    THE NATURE OF CLASSIFICATION

CONFIDENTIAL information, is information that if compromised could cause damage to the security of the United States of America.
SECRET information, is information that if compromised could cause SERIOUS damage to the security of the United States of America.
TOP SECRET information, is information that if compromised could cause GRAVE damage to the security of the United States of America.

Contrary to what some believe there is no classification above TOP SECRET, there however compartments, Compartments delineate two things. First if you are "read on" to a compartment you are informed of the SOURCE, which must be protected at all costs. Second is Need To Know, if you don't have need to know you will never be in proximity of compartmented information, unless it is either sanitized (Compartment Caveats and source references removed and reviewed to assure that the source can not possibly be compromised) or compromised, however sanitized information retains it's original level of classification.

When "read on" you are responsible for the protection of all information you are entrusted with 24/7. Your access is allowed until you are "debriefed", but your responsibility not to compromise any information or source is permanent.

I have seen sources given away on the evening news that shocked me, but I can neither confirm nor deny the source unless I KNEW that it had been officially DECLASSIFIED.

No, it was a National Security matter.

    18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information

(a,b,and c) are contingent upon intent, or

    (d) Whoever, lawfully having possession of, access to, control over, or being entrusted with any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, or note relating to the national defense, or information relating to the national defense which information the possessor has reason to believe could be used to the injury of the United States or to the advantage of any foreign nation, willfully communicates, delivers, transmits or causes to be communicated, delivered, or transmitted or attempts to communicate, deliver, transmit or cause to be communicated, delivered or transmitted the same to any person not entitled to receive it, or willfully retains the same and fails to deliver it on demand to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; or

(e and f) cover removing the information from a secure facility.

IANAL but I HAVE BEEN involved in National Security.

See, this is where WikiLeaks has its sweet spot.

You have never been cleared so since you don't know.

And you've never tried to prove a case. I don't need to have ever read classified stuff to know what it takes to prove a case, because I've BTDT.

    had been officially DECLASSIFIED.
No, it was a National Security matter.
Right up to the point they had to investigate a crime. Before that moment, you win.

After that moment, it isn't your lane.

You can have an opinion all day long, of course. Most of INGO does.

IANAL but I HAVE BEEN involved in National Security.
Indeed. You would probably make a very good expert witness.

I can understand those on the Left that are beneficiaries of Socialistic/Communistic legislation wanting to support an "Everything is Free" candidate. However, words that hurt nobody, spoken over a decade ago, really don't have the same impact as attempting to put a person that lies to Congress, the FBI, and the American People about her felonious and treasonous activities into our Oval Office. I don't know which candidate will win but I pray for the sake of this Country that it isn't Hillary Clinton. Whether people like Donald Trump or not should be immaterial because our votes are for America, not his personality. Just count all the benefits the Democrat Nominee has promised over her decades of deceit but has never delivered. How can anyone trust their future or their children's furture to a person notorious for lying?

The voters need to fight the urge to fall for the empty Clinton promise of an impossible to reach Utopia and vote to Make America Great Again. If you want action on the important issues this Country and it's People are facing, there can be only one choice this November 9th...Trump/Pence.

Some of these people are actually insane.

"Take a look at my Twitter analytics" may just be the new "how much do you bench, bro"

And Trump himself isn't even preaching unity. His tweets are still attacking other Republicans, threatening those up for reelection that he'll punish them if they don't support him. That's not the behavior of a nominee, it's the act of the head of a hostile takeover.

Definitely sounds like they have the future of the country in-mind:

Do you mean after the investigation began, or they were original recipients?

No, I meant after her tenure as SoS, when she was required by law to turn over all of her government records, which were held on a private server, just so she wouldn't have to. Before handing them over, her lawyers were given access to determine public and private.

I do not understand this clarification.

Tied to my post above... a question for the reasonable Trump supporters:

Does attacking the rest of the GOP candidates up for reelection sound like the actions of someone that has the best of the country in-mind?

Do you support or oppose this sort of behavior? Do you agree that everyone should get in line, or are politicians allowed to have their own opinions on who they support without the threat of repercussions and punishment?

Also, do you think this behavior is the candidate's best way to utilize his time? Especially when attacks on his supposed actual opposition have been lackluster, at best?

Why do you equate future of the GOP with the future of the country?

Can the country not survive without the GOP?

    I believe it can.

I don't care about the GOP.

No no no, you can't say that... not after equating Democrat victory with the failure of the country. Either GOP members up for reelection win, and prevent Democrats from getting in power... or they lose... giving more power to Clinton/Democrats.

Only have it one way, pick one. If we're playing the black-and-white game like a lot of people here love to do... we're playing it right.

Would Democrats in local-power be good or bad for 2A? Would GOP in local-power be good or bad for 2A?

"Better real confusion than false clarity"

I would rather hear the voices of dissent. Who is attacking who really is a frame of reference.

    An attacker implies a defender.

    Who is who to you?
