Because Lord knows the Clinton's are not self promoters...I am a student of history and yes, I see TR and Trump in a very similar light...Wealthy New Yorker's who stepped up to the plate when they felt the call.....Seeing the office as a chance to do good rather than make money and sell favors to foreign governments while Secretary of State...Plus I can't see Trump stealing furniture from the Whitehouse when he leaves...

Trump has not demonstrated any significant altruism in his life, yet you equate him with a man who served as a legislator, governor, Asst Secy of the Navy and Vice President. A man who read a book per day?

    Sorry.

You left out Soldier even though he was physically unfit he basically raised the "rough riders" on his own dime.
A avid hunter and explorer who was cofounder of the Boone and Crockett club then started our National parks and his sons discovered the Panda bear.
He also completed a speech after being shot and believed in Bigfoot.

So yeah quite a bit like DJT

Ah great. NBC News has audio of newlywed Trump in 2005 "When you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Grab ‘em by the p***y"

Good thing: We probably won't hear that replayed countless times on TV... because of the language.
Bad thing: This will be easy for the Left to turn into a rape-culture, hates-women sort of thing. This sort of takes Bill Clinton off the table as ammo.

    Lovely.

I'm glad that I can look at my hands every day and see how clean they are.

Got to love the "if you're famous, you can do anything" attitude.

“I moved on her and I failed. I’ll admit it,” Trump is heard saying. It was unclear when the events he was describing took place. The tape was recorded several months after he married his third wife, Melania.

    “Whoa,” another voice said.

I did try and f--- her. She was married,” Trump says.

Trump continues: “And I moved on her very heavily. In fact, I took her out furniture shopping. She wanted to get some furniture. I said, ‘I’ll show you where they have some nice furniture.’”

“I moved on her like a *****, but I couldn’t get there. And she was married,” Trump says. “Then all of a sudden I see her, she’s now got the big phony **** and everything. She’s totally changed her look.”

At that point in the audio, Trump and Bush appear to notice Arianne Zucker, the actress who is waiting to escort them into the soap opera set.

“Your girl’s hot as s---, in the purple,” says Bush, who’s now a co-host of NBC’s “Today” show.

    “Whoa!” Trump says. “Whoa!”

“I’ve gotta use some tic tacs, just in case I start kissing her,” Trump says.“You know I’m automatically attracted to beautiful -- I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait.”

“And when you’re a star they let you do it,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

“Whatever you want,” says another voice, apparently Bush’s.

Grab them by the p---y,” Trump says. “You can do anything.”

    Edit:.... That didn't take long.

I have a feeling this is going to be another one of those quiet lulls in the thread.

Josh Jordan talks about this below...

So some of the Trump supporters could get what they wanted... the end of the GOP. They'll also get a President Clinton... but the GOP will be taken down as well.

Somehow that's a 2A win or something, I don't know... ask them for their logic if they pop in to talk about this.

Anyone who is putting together a list of "what ifs" that could propel Trump to a win in November is kidding themselves. This thing is over. Trump is not Brexit. Brexit could not have survived the debate Trump just had, and Brexit didn't lose a billion dollars in a single year. Trump is pulling money out of TV ads, which they're claiming is to reinvest elsewhere. Might be true, but it certainly feels like retreat. There were two events that Trump could have used to reset the race: His convention and the first debate. He found a way to screw up both.

So now Trump has the 2nd/3rd debates left, which will be less watched, less hyped, and have less undecided voters paying attention to them. Trump has solidified the belief among voters that he is unprepared, unfit, and in no way capable of being president. That's hard to reverse. And what makes me blood boil is that ALL of these things were obvious last year. Voters NEVER liked or trusted Trump. He was a sure loser.

It was obvious that stories would leak as the election drew closer, and yet Trump backers swore that Trump had no skeletons. It was insane.

And now every single day there are more disgusting and horrifying Trump stories. He's a horrible person and a failure at business. A fraud. These daily stories about Trump aren't going to stop either. The media has been holding on to these for just the right impact. As we said...

So now the GOP is going to have to either pretend he can turn it around, or cut him loose to try and win the close Senate/House seats. But.. If the GOP cuts Trump loose to save winnable races, Trump will absolutely go out of his way to torpedo whatever is left of the Republicans. And not only will Trump try to finish his destruction of the party, but he will have the clowns like Hannity, Rush, Ingram, etc joining him.

It's cool though- this was entirely predictable all last year while we were mocked relentlessly by the GOP entertainment wing. So thank you. Anyone who tells you this is still a race Trump can win is lying to you-big Hillary bombshells on emails at this point won't change a thing. Hillary went through the worst week of her campaign in early September, and Trump STILL couldn't even get tied w/ her nationally. It's OVER. But hey, keep calling us cucks for not supporting a sure loser instead of focusing on the people who lied to you about who Trump really is.

I've said this 100 times in the last 15 months, but I'll say it again: Trump is a bad person. He is unstable and he's never going to change. Once this election is over, I hope people like sean hannity are held to account by his fans for misleading them for well over a year. Purge.

For Republicans, this was entirely avoidable and predictable. They have no one to blame but themselves for not standing up early to stop him. I can blame the media all day for creating Trump, but at the end of the day Republicans voted him in and were incredibly stupid to done so.

Hillary wanted to face Trump from the get go, because she knew he would negate all of her negatives. She thanks you, Trump primary voters!

Anyway, this race is over. Stop pretending Trump can win and put all of your focus on Senate and House seats w/ candidates who want to win.

Ive said it before, I'll say it again.

Trump is not a competitor to Clinton in the election. He is a collaborator in the election of Clinton.

I object to you in any way associating one of our greatest presidents with Trump!

Trump was a draft dodger. He has done nothing in defense of his country. He is a self-promoter and a charlatan of the worst order.

One of our greatest presidents? Teddy? If by "one of the greatest" you mean not one of the worst, I'll go along with that.

So what happens if Trump drops out over this? Maybe this was the play all along. They knew something would bring him down eventually and wanted to have Pence waiting in the wings to slide in.

Trump's team may have known this was coming out. That would explain why they pulled all their ad money out of swing states today.

So hypothetically if Trump drops out can an Pence just walk into it?

Where are our rules and procedures guys?

No, the GOP gets to choose the candidate. Which wouldn't necessarily be Pence.

:drama: Trump's not gonna drop out.

Bill Clinton is still one of the most popular presidents in history. He done far worse than Trump and was even fired for it. He wouldn't leave either.
