I've seen it so cold in Indiana that you can throw a glass of water into the air and get ice coming down. That was 30 below. Propane doesn't want to come out of a torch when you are thawing pipes.

    Hi Frenchman

You will find lots of takers around here for warmer air, just getting the high up to freezing would be an improvement.

It can be done.I recently got some air shipped to me from the US.

It smells like freedom when you poke it! :patriot::):

Twice I've seen 30 below, once in January of 1977 and again in the 90s. The drop in the 90s the air was completely still all night, it was strange. In 1977 it was clear but windy. Thawing pipes I had to keep switching propane cylinders to keep it burning, small amounts of water had frozen in the outside oil tank choking off the furnace. Got that working, then went to work on getting the cars and tractors running.

I tried to rep you on the last part of this post, it made me laugh... but the stars weren't aligned I have to spread it around

I really do poke them and inhale the air inside before I throw the plastic bags away.

It's cheaper than traveling there and I think I briefly get extra rights as I do so since I'm breathing American air. :):
