Work is crazy, factory air make up units typically only have 40 degrees of rise or less. It's hard to function well when your incoming air is in the 40s, I've seen salamanders everywhere.

    You should consider retirement. :)

My trial run retirement will be coming to an end soon. I'm so excited to go back to work.

I had a trial retirement but went back to work, today standing in a torrent of ice cold air from a downdraft booth I remembered that.

they need larger burners in them....:)

I heard that a lot last two days. Stepping through an air curtain today was like walking into a refrigerator. At 0630 the air just about took my breath, I cancelled the test until we could jury rig something to bring the temperature up. Materials just don't react below 40.

We shut off the makeup air and partially closed off one end of the tunnel, that drew air down from the ovens which allowed us to complete the work. I was working with two component clear coats for wood parts, sort of like Dupont Imron for furniture.

This Sunday night is what has me concerned, really cold surface and rain at 32. We're stuck if we get much ice.
