Yes, they did.
I know people who have tritium sights for their guns though, they have them shipped from the US since they are not sold in France but I think tritium is also illegal to import.

It's an absolute wreck right now but I finally got some upper cabinets hung tonight. They're the old ones that were salvageable after the fire but at least I could clear off the stuff that was on top of my washing machine and put it someplace. I haven't been able to do laundry in three days
