I make sure the name of the med on the bottle is the same as on the script. If it's a new med I google the crap out of it. But honestly I can see someone taking a wrong Rx if they are on a long term med. Kind of like muscle memory...grab the bottle, pop a pill.

I'm on 3 long term daily. if one changes as in the pill looks different. I know it and call the pharmacy.
Right now I take a pink oval and a yellow circle at night and a green circle in the morning

Purple not need but I was working on the pirate all morning. Up and down ladders all morning and I couldn't even navigate some simple stairs. LOL
