So my car is done. The new motor is in....and the steering column went to hell.

My gong is buried in a drift and I didn't feel like shoveling it out. My paper target stand is buried in the pole barn. Lots of undisturbed snow though. 7 shots in a new place and move over a foot. That was pretty good practice.

That's why I don't fix my car. Fix one thing and another breaks. At this moment the only thing that doesn't leak on my car is the transmission.

The steering wheel has wobbled like hell since we bought the car last year. It steered fine, the wheel would just wobble. We knew it needed to be fixed but that's one of those cars that it's hard to find a column for. You can't interchange it with any other car. It finally just gave. I guess I'm glad it happened while it was in the shop instead of while I was driving it. That would have been ugly.
