Just returned from the Farmer's Market with some veggies. BBQ family is not around.

There were still lots of folks, even with the drizzle. Got two beautiful cabbages, green and red. Also a few green onions, carrots, canned sauerkraut, zucchini and crookneck squash, and a loaf of Mennonite bread.
    Vegan sauce, Mennonite bread... :nailbite:

This seems like a good day to catch up on laundry and do the sheets and pillowcases. I think I'll dump all my chili fixin's in the crockpot and put it in the fridge too. Then all I'll have to do this afternoon/evening is cook the burger and onions and add it to the pot.

I have a corned beef brisket in the freezer, well it was.
Plan is to put it in the crock pot with some onions and carrots around bedtime on low and add some red cabbage and more green onions upon rise for lunch tomorrow.

I know, there's no Irish holiday coming up, but even with thin Irish blood, you know you don't need a holiday to act like it's one!
