Sadly most of that information I could likely obtain [well, except your pin number... unless you didn't actually choose a random(ish) number].
It's scary when people use things like their father's middle name or their mother's maiden name as a security question... That information generally is available via public records [although it can take some work to find].
I'll just stand over here... STAY BACK.

Just like how some companies [cough, cough, Penn Station] drill into their employees on the up-sell. Always trying to get me to buy a cookie.
If I say no - then leave it be. I had one guy keep pushing the issue. They were fairly busy but he pushed my buttons and I raised my voice [didn't yell] and said, "If you do not stop trying to sell me a damn cookie that I never asked for and do not want you can give me back my money and I will go somewhere else. I understand you're supposed to try to up-sell the customer to buy a cookie but when a customer says no - leave it be."
Or something along those lines...
Let's just say the restaurant got quiet after that for a little bit. I was seriously peeved.
I do that at drive through when interrupted in the middle of my order about up-sizing and I say not and try to continue only to be interrupted again and I get edgy because they are not listening to the original order and I know they will screw it up and they do and then I have to get Pi$$y and I am sure they spit in my food so I throw it away and go somewhere else.......
I'm all 6 of those things.

I have never had anyone ask me to upsize. I say small and don't get asked. I must be doing it wrong.
