I did! It came home on Saturday. They got a truck from a family member and my husband put new brake lines on it for them front to back. They may need to get a mass air flow sensor as their service engine light came on and that was the code showing. Hubby cleared it and told them if it comes back on, they probably will need to get that changed. I'm glad mine is back home. I don't mind helping a neighbor, but it makes me really nervous with their driving history cause he has wrecked the one that was just repoed 6 times in the last four years.
Take the sensor out and clean it first - could save you some money.

No. Driver seat in the truck feels loose and makes a popping sound if you apply any force to the seat back. Can sometimes feel it while driving such as in slightly heavier than normal acceleration. It's loud enough that I was able to record the sound of it popping by sitting my phone on the center console and pushing on the seat back - about enough force as would be applied if I was taking my phone out of my pocket while seated.

There's nothing to *see* but if you listen to that video [short, only a few seconds] you can hear the popping sound that almost sounds like thick metal flexing. The louder of the two sounds is the force being applied and the quieter of the two is the pressure being removed. The passenger seat, which is manual, is rock solid and does not do this. I checked the seats in my other 2 vehicles [a 2003 Envoy with power seats, a 2006 Lancer with manual seats] and neither of them exhibit this behavior.

Had the wife sit in the seat and apply the pressure while I looked under - seat is fastened to the floor nice and solid and it looks like there's maybe 1/8" play in the power seat tracks. This seems like a normal amount of play [the Envoy has some play too] but the sound doesn't seem normal [Envoy is quiet].

I want so badly for this not to bother me but now that I know it does this I'd be constantly on the look-out for it. Posted on TundraTalk.net about it to see if others with '14 Tundras with power seats have the same issue [i.e. if it's 'normal'] or if something is wrong with my seat.

Is this a new truck or was it used? I know you just got it, but wasn't sure if it was new or used.

This is on the truck the neighbor is borrowing. Hubby did that and canceled out the code. Since it had been setting for a few months, we figured it might just be dirty. His FIL also works at the mill or something and the truck overall is pretty dirty/cruddy.

My truck is all good! It may be old, but she's mine, paid for and I can't replace it for what I have in it!

    Brand new, 2014.

I would take it back to the dealer and ask them about it. It shouldn't be doing that. We have a friend who is on his third Tundra....loves them, and they really are very nice. I wouldn't think that was being picky if it was me and I just bought a NEW truck and it was doing that.

Yeah I love the truck but this is annoying the crap out of me.

I'm just not sure why it's doing it - not sure if it's the track has some looseness to it or what. If I grab a hold of the seat bottom and push it forward/back left/right or up/down I can't reproduce the issue but if I apply pressure to the mid/top of the seat back I can reproduce it easily. Part of me suspects it's the track assembly and that I simply can't get enough leverage on the seat bottom to reproduce it there but the seat back acting like a lever makes it easier.

Exactly!!! She embezzled over $100,000 off my 80 yr old father! Then she split with the kid when she found out that I found out! We found her, told her to make things right by first apologizing to my dad, then by just not being a ***** during the divorce! I thought we was being pretty understanding. We can replace the money, can't un scar a four yr old. But she ran off again today! Took the baby. I'll find her! My brother is worried. I guess I would be too.

Yep, unless the Mother is really, really dangerous, they won't take the kid. Doesn't matter if she is crazy, on drugs, etc. I have a crazy ex, but her abuse is emotional, state doesn't care. I know someone with a situation similar to your Bros, state didn't care until the law finally caught up with her and put her away on drug charges.
