I just finished the 1911 I posted pics of a while back. It rocks the 10 rd. Mags.
Once you shoot one the triggers on anything else out there just fall short......JMHO

It is really good. We do dinner with two other couples and take turns cooking...I cook one night one week, one of our neighbors cooks a night the next week and the other friend cooks when she can on a weekend night. We all get a night off from cooking at least once a week and it isn't as expensive as eating out...and we get to spend time with friends. When it is my turn, that recipe is often requested. I actually combined two or three recipes to come up with that, but it is a keeper.
