He is not a sausage gravy fan and I did fried potatoes last night with our patty melts. I hate figuring out what to make sometimes.
    Bummer on the gravy.

So does the wife. Sometimes she asks me for suggestions. Huge job to keep the menu from getting old.

I did way too much work today. Time for a shower and some comfy clothes. I already got my first ginormous rum and coke out of the way. It doesn't really help the backache, but I don't give a :poop: about it anymore.

Sylvain, how is winter over in France this year?

We dont have any snow but it's pretty windy.Bad storms and floods in Brittany.

Today the storm broke a ship in half.Never saw that before. The crew had to be rescued with helicopters.

Good thing the ship was empty and near the coast.

I like 1911's a lot although I've never owned one. They are a well proven and awesome platform. My only real problem with them is their lack of capacity. That's why I bought a Springfield XD45 as my primary EDC. It holds 14 rounds but still shoots a big ole .45! I can't say I have extensive experience with lots of guns but I know I love this one. I can put the rounds where I want them within reason and I have several thousand rounds through this gun and it still shoots like new.
