Dinner was good. Cold air seems to enhance the effects of wine...or maybe four big glasses was too many??? Was -2 on the car thermometer on the way home. Good thing it is just a couple houses away

I just polished off some yummy pork roast, potatos & carrots (slow cooked in the same pot). MMMM!
