each and every animal joined me on the sofa when I got up. the snoring hubby has the bed to himself.
I take that back, one dog and one cat are on the loveseat. The rest are with me

the boy just woke up

no school until 10 and he's up early too

Woke up at 4:30 to a cold house. Furnace tripped out again. No obvious reason. Hard reset and it has ran ever since.......
Built a fire in the stove and fresh

Most folks are that way. Your mind knows it is butt freezing cold outside and for some reason normal comfort levels are not enough.

That sucks and I know the reason. Furnaces are sentient beings and it is trying to save you money. What other reason could it be?

Not for the schools. get the kids in before lunch, feed them and it counts as a full school day.

The funny thing is when I sleep I only use one blanket and turn the heat down to 63. I use fleece blankets for the top and bottom sheet.
