I really need to make that...been craving it.

We picked up all the fixens for this at the store a yesterday.
Wife uses good beans, carrots, potatoes cubed, a good ham steak cut up into nice pieces, onion, some secret herbs/spices and it is the bomb.

That picture shows a huge bowl. They are usually served in teacup sized bowls that cost around 30-40 cents each. As you eat more noodles, you stack the empty bowls on your table. The locals pride themselves on having the tallest stack. I could usually eat 5 or 6 servings.
