Had to deal with a deadbeat???
I have thought about getting into rentals a few times, but talk myself out of it every time.

I won't go into details but suffice to say it's been a difficult 2 months. Previous month was eaten up in court/waiting. I don't anticipate it being real bad, but there will be work to be done. At which point, it will go on the market for sale. In the long run, I can't complain... I've had other people pay for my mortgage/build up equity. It's just become too time consuming, and unless I move back into it soon, it would appear it is going to start working against me with capital gains. With the market the way it is, and the type of starter home it is, I don't see the value increasing anytime before I die lol.
