Wow I wish I could take a whole month off. Well I guess I could but most people call that unemployment. I shouldn't complain. I AM in the middle of a 4 day vacation. That NEVER happens

awww he's got 6 weeks vacation time --been here 30 yrs ,, i have 4 weeks -20 yrs here , next year i'll have 5 weeks -woohoo ..

I wasn't aware that you could pay an employee less for vacation time than they get paid for regular working time... I suppose if it's clearly in the policies and you agreed to it - that said - they don't *have* to pay you if you're not working so I suppose 50% pay is better than 0%.
