friggin work ,the boos decided to take this MONTH off
I wasn't aware that you could pay an employee less for vacation time than they get paid for regular working time... I suppose if it's clearly in the policies and you agreed to it - that said - they don't *have* to pay you if you're not working so I suppose 50% pay is better than 0%.He's on salery so it dont effect him --- my f'en weekly vacation pay is like half of what i make a week
