    Good weekend ? I did, nice weather out there today. Had range time.

    Today might have been the most boring day of my life. Nothing to do at work since it's a holiday weekend, I forgot my phone at home, and I finished my book in the first hour. I sat in a little guard shack and stared out the window. Sometimes the radio would sorta work and I could make out some music.

    It's a fresh ham right off the carcass, no curing or smoking, that way, one can do it his/her way on the smoker. :yesway:
    Ah, yes I have!
    The uncured ham makes great slicing bbq. I prefer the texture of Boston butt/shoulder though for pulling.


    I've always called it "fresh ham". Never heard of green ham outside of Dr. Seuss.
