I love coffee, but just regular black coffee

I was a straight off the bean :coffee: guy. My sister made a pot the last time I went out to her place and it was very good. I asked her what it was and she told me it was my brand. I was not believing her until she showed me. Then she told me that she added 1 small scoop of a chocolate :coffee: blend to the regular :coffee: (I love this emoticon). It is very good and how I now make my morning brew. Nothing fancy but very smooth.

You know, I really do miss cutting meat sometimes. May sound morbid, but it had a zen-like quality to me. Definitely do not miss the temps though. Or the aches & pains from the strenuous work.

I miss some aspects of the trade. I met some seriously crazy meat cutters over the years. I started out working the systems in packing houses all over the state. Small process plants that do not even exist anymore.

    Times change.

My son and I still do residential HVAC for folks but no more big stuff.
