Even Indiana has strict smoking laws. In Indiana it is illegal to smoke within 8 feet of a businesses door.

Here too but in highschool everybody was smoking, teachers and students alike.
Usually restaurants have smoking areas.

I don't smoke, but I still feel like the government has gone too far. Why is it illegal to smoke close to a building? It is outdoors. The last time I was outside I noticed quite a bit of air.

Yeah, I think there are some laws about being illegal for bars to be located near a school or something (or is it gun stores, or both?).
It could be right in front of the school or a mile away they're not going to sell booze to kids anyway.
