I wish it only crowed at sun-up! All day and all night. That thing is ridiculous

Somebody has a rooster close to work. I show up at 3:40, and he is going off. I think he has a darkness disorder.

There is an ordinance against having chickens in Indy...not sure about the grove. They are nasty freaking birds. I love to eat-em but have had to live next door to them until the health dept. made "Chico" get rid of them. The bugs and related crap that goes with them belong in the country.

You're allowed to have chicken here (only up to a certain number though), but roosters are considered a "nuisance animal" and are not allowed. I've called animal control I don't know how many times. Still nothing
