    Four other women were cited for public nudity after they exposed themselves while performing on poles in the back of pickup trucks in the same lot, which was visible to passing traffic on U.S. 41.

    Too bad I missed it.
    So you had a bunch of drunk people visiting the store and had to throw them out?

    Can you refuse to sell a guy if the person looks too drunk even though he can legally buy it?
    I can refuse service for almost any reason. If I think a guy is acting weird, I can refuse service. My theory is that if a customer is sober enough to fill out a 4473 and is polite, they can buy a gun.
