I can deal with blood much easier than . Granted I don't desire to take a bath in either of the two, but blood doesn't gross me out near as much.

I think I would be concerned if I found either of those substances filling my bathtub

But yeah as far as concern and freaking out goes yes it would be worse if it was blood. But that's only because I would wonder who was slaughtered and had their fluids drained into my tub. But if for some crazy reason I had to choose which substance to take a bath in I could handle the blood much easier.
