The FiL may have surgery tomorrow on kidneys. The heart doctor didnt clear him but the kidney guy says there is no choice but to cut. So we have a doctor fight.

I hate that. It seems like the decision is left up to the family that has little medical knowledge.

Humidity? I'm usually tired when the humidity soars. I need time to adjust to it. That's my excuse.

I actually had to see talk to the doc about it and it wasn't healing as should. I have been following his words of wisdom and it is much better. He said it should have been healed by now and if it isn't better in 4 weeks we go to a specialist. That word was enough to scare me into do exactly as he said.

And sprains take longer to heal than a break does!!

yes they do, but somehow or another I was either pulling and twisting it to aggravate it more and keep it from healing or it just wasn't healing. Once I put the brace on and have worn it 24/7 basically, it has gotten better. My guess is I was pulling and straining it
