I can sit cross legged but I,m the opposite of super....I get so low that I put my elbows on the ground and can,t get the elevation I need.

I was never able to bend like that. I used to get in trouble as a kid when they told us all to sit like that on the floor. I'm just not very flexible. I can't even sit on the floor with my legs out in front me. I just can't bend enough to balance myself without falling backwards. I can do it if I put my hands on the ground behind me but its not very comfortable.

My back wouldn't let me go that far down. I can put elbows to the knees I think.

I remember putting a chicken wishbone in vinegar and making it like rubber.
