For the last 13 years I've been working M-F , 7:00-3:30 or 7:30-4:00. It's gonna be a real bummer if I ever have to go back to anything else.

I guess you missed our bacon conversation yesterday. I just got back from my butcher and now have 2# of wild bore bacon added back to the mix.

He went did a hunt in texas and it included processing and delivery of everything they shot. if I remember correctly it was several pigs and a gazzel or something like that. Have fun.
