they didn't even get close to the sidewalk while plowing. But I should be thankful... we don't see plows unless we get massive amounts of snow... getting the sidestreets plowed is costing the city over $250,000 calling in private contractors. so yes I am thankful for what I got. my taxes have just paid for my one plow a year

Well i dont know what my tax's bought ! But i think its wrong of the town to think people should shovel a 20' wide path in front of their homes and that includes the new 4' wide side walk ---and not put it in the road for the snow plow , grader ,bucket truck to get

    that I can agree with

my path to shovel in front of my house looks more like 5', but I did the sidewalk yesterday, which is still clean because nothing got that close

I'll shovel enough to park my car but not give traffic room to drive there

the boy has some homework he needs to work on

not mandatory stuff, just stuff if the whole class does, the teacher will buy them pizza for lunch one day

I don't want the boy to be the reason they don't get pizza

I cleared my sidewalk last evening, but the State plowing the street in front of my house threw all of that snow up on the sidewalk.:noway:
