I used to drink caffeine from the time I got up until I went to bed. Slept like a baby

I cut way back for health reasons a few years ago and I couldn't sleep anymore.

I was so asleep last night, my oldest texted me at 1:12am, the phone was right beside me and I didn't hear it. That makes me nervous, what if it was an emergency?

Ewwwww. I have some Vicoden now, so the pain is better. But even with that, it feels like a burning mass of angry nerves in my hip. Chiropractor said the impact was right where the siattic (SP?) nerves go through the pelvis.

Think I'll take the van to the shop at work (heated) and check out the windshield wipers. I think the bushings in the linkage arms are shot. Then I'll take the car in and clean it. Its disgusting, inside and out.

That's what it was on our Dodge Minivan. Cost me $300 to get it fixed.
