    I always wondered if some dogs do that because of some kind of instinct or just because it hurts their ears. (Nothing against the artist here.:D) I hear lots of dogs doing that from sirens.

    I honestly think it hurts their ears and the boy was playing silly because of the notes it takes to get her to do that. But as you noticed, Miss Maggie wasn't howling and neither was Max, So I just don't know
