My Lawyer said it will prob be the first of the year before my custody action is settled.

It's not been a good evening. Daughter is with her Mom this week and they are really fighting. I have talked to my daughter 3 times tonight and she had been crying each time. GRRRRRRRRR, that woman is such a *****.

I am so glad I do not have to deal with that. My son's father is not in the picture by my son's choice and was set up in court for no visitation, and no support.
