Not a bad day, slept all day (working nights now), drove 30 mins to pick up two stripped Mossberg 500 receivers, stopped by my parents' for a bit and found out the house is ready for closing!

Just gotta get everything synchronized between agents, title company, and bank has to have funds for 48 hours to verify... So we're looking at Wednesday next week... Possibly Tuesday...

Then new furnace and central air, plumbing work, two doors to replace, windows to replace, three rooms to paint, and start hauling stuff in...

Makes me tired just thinking about it....

And about to eat a lovely bowl of Ramen while catching up on a few episodes of Lost Girl, lol.
