Just saw the thread, it looks pretty cool.

I saw Blue Guns inert guns on the table but you also shot at eachother, so you used both types of guns?

Yes the blue guns were used for practicing draw stroke and other basics.

Then we have a "skills section" we would be verbally threatened then we would go through our draw stroke. (as part of the draw stroke shay teaches you yell "stop") when the "bad guy" another student heard stop there were to freeze and then they would be shot twice by the other student. This was to get us used to the UTM guns recoil and to learn what is was like to be shot.

Then we would sit and wait for our turn to run the scenario. Scenario is basiclly a build your own adventure. Shay says go and do .......(content removed to not spoil scenario)... and then chaos theory ensues and everyone's scenario comes out a little different. you may shoot, you may get shoot it all depends on what you do and how you react.

We shot each other using UTM converted Glock 17Ts.

The blue guns are most often used during Mindset Lab's combatives courses. During yesterday's class he used them for demonstrations. He also sells them in class at cost for students.

Yep, I bought and awesome blue death machine.:rockwoot:

I always wanted to buy one but never did it because of the cost.

    Shay sells them for $42.

All the scenarios were in low light conditions?
Not sure if I got that part right or not.

Yep. The warehouse was pitch black, and the town had a couple of dim street lights.
