    Curious-- how did you like the controls on the Aimpoint versus the controls on the XPS? (I'm not familiar with the switchology on the XPS)

    Well I was using the XPS3, T-1 2 MOA, and the Comp M4.

    XPS3:The buttons make positive ''Clicks'' if you could call them that when you press them. When you power it up it goes automatically to 12. Which is plenty bright

    T-1: Love the knob gives positive clicks and feels sturdy.

    Comp M4: Rotary knob is great but weight is kind of a issue

    All and all I would take both into combat. They both feel bombproof

    Do you feel like you could hit the right buttons in the right order under the cover of darkness? With a gloved hand? Or as someone is beating down your back door?

    The SOP with an Aimpoint is to leave it ON all the time, so there is never a need to turn it on.
