I think I'm going to take my AR lower to the gun show coming up and see if I can find a matching upper. Otherwise I'll wait until the PSA ones come back in stock.

Noveske Stripped upper is only like $115, the barrels are the expensive part. But if you want a "Noveske" then you'll want the barrel more than anything.

I will buy a factory SBR next year most likely. It will either be a noveske, LMT or DD Mk18..if they come back in stock.
