It's like herding cats. Except they're not all housecats. 25% of them are feral, and another 5% are bobcats. And every once in awhile, there's a rabid wolverine in there, too.

Someone said they were going to buy me a beer. I'm about ready for it now, please. :D

    Anytime!

    Sweet.

Seriously, though, I keep hearing about how inconsistent and terrible the staff is. That's fine. I'm sick of the complaining and fighting AT LEAST as much as anyone here. But what I really honestly want to hear is not what we're doing wrong. I want to hear how you (not "you", specifically, OBV8) would fix any particular issue. Find me something specific and then tell me how you'd solve it, and let's discuss whether or not your solution is likely to achieve the desired result. We can discuss it via PM if you don't want to point fingers publicly. Again, don't tell me what we did wrong (or right), tell me what YOU would do if you were a mod. Help us make INGO better.

on a lighter note im picking my new gun up after class tonight.

    :rockwoot:

I have no patience when it comes to getting new stuff/gear. I have some boots coming soon and I've been checking the tracking every 30 minutes (as if it gets updated that often)

What are you picking up? Or is it top secret?

Nice! I'm a big SIG fan. I always eye the mosquito's

You'll have to let me know if they are as picky with ammo as all the internet warriors claim

Putting a can on it? I thought about getting a mosquito for just that purpose, but I don't know if I want the expense and all the paperwork.
Debating it, A few with NFA experience have told me that a sig skeeter is not a good host for a can. i.e. it wont cycle sub sonic. Whereas a GSG will.

I may still go ahead and do it, and I will probably wait till Gemtax and hope the outback is on the list so no $200 to the man. Really I just want to do it now and later add the can to a 10/22 that can be made to cycle sub sonic for fairly cheap

according to Jclark the do like hotter ammo during a break in period. I ran 100 rounds of cci through it at the last PW shoot and didnt have an issue. Ill test it with bulk ammo though

I shoot standard velocity out of my pistols with a can. Its still silly quiet, I don't think it gets up to supersonic with that little 5" barrel. Not sure if it'll cycle the SIG though, I've not had experience with one yet.

    Mine's not.
I think a lot of the FTF issues are caused by "limp wristing" the Mosquito.
The simple blowback design requires enough resistance to allow the pressure in the chamber to build up so that the action functions properly.

    OK, enough gun talk!
Back to the thread topic. :D
