It's like herding cats. Except they're not all housecats. 25% of them are feral, and another 5% are bobcats. And every once in awhile, there's a rabid wolverine in there, too.

Do you want MORE bannings and infractions, or less? I thought too many infractions was why INS was created? You can either have grown men and women screaming at each other and spitting bile, or you can have someone occasionally step in and try to calm things down. If you can suggest a better way to do it, I'm all ears. Seriously, I'd LOVE to hear what you have.
