The water is just going straight down to the ground. Its coming from the vents in the soffit on the overhang. My gutters are completely full of ice and most of my roof still has a thick layer as well. A couple of the valleys have ice about a foot thick where it drifted some.

Maybe its leaking down between the roof and the gutter and just "appears" to be coming out of the vent?

No idea though, it probably drains in crazy ways due to all the ice
