    I believe he was good in all positions on a tank.

    I think the filmed I saw talked about that.
    In case one gets injured or killed they all need to know how to operate the gun or drive.

    Also they were advised to "have a smoke" every two hours.
    They smoked and drank a lot even in official instructional movies.

    Do you know which type of tank? Sherman? :dunno:
