Bailey's is a huge discount store... think Big Lots on steroids. It's literally about the size of six Big Lots together. Miles and miles of odd lot grocery items, some of which are a couple of months from their date. Also housewares, furniture, and cabinets. Only spent about $65, but I loaded up on dog food and snack foods. Bought a few rag rugs and a nice glass pitcher to keep cold water in the fridge.

Kicked it with Family all day. Spent some quality time at the range teaching the DIL to run a Semi-auto.

Beautiful day today. A bit warm at midday. I just mowed the back. Now to forage something for dinner. We're not too hungry.. Maybe just a couple of ears of corn.

I'm jealous. Being able to shoot on my own property is one of my lifelong goals. I hope to eventually retire on some property that allows this.

Most of the year, I can shoot 5 minutes away at the inlaw's, but the corn is too high right now.
