Yep, driver signed off on 40 bundles. Customer changed the 40 to 31 and signed off. I am convinced customer is not trying to pull a fast one as I know how many pieces customer has sold. When I add up what the customer has received, subtract what has been sold, his inventory was only off 5 pieces.

Don't look good for the truck driver, could be federal charges. Interstate theft is a big crime.
