    Good enough! You?

Ehhhhh, good enough.....I have a problem with a customer I have been working on for weeks. We shipped 40 bundles of product. Customer says they recieved 31 bundles. Customer marked 31 bundles on Bill of Lading..... Now it's up to the Frt Lines to account for the missing product or pony up some cash....It's a freakin mess.

    It was, twice.

Company BOL shows 40 shipped, and driver signed off on 40 bundles?

Yep, driver signed off on 40 bundles. Customer changed the 40 to 31 and signed off. I am convinced customer is not trying to pull a fast one as I know how many pieces customer has sold. When I add up what the customer has received, subtract what has been sold, his inventory was only off 5 pieces.
