Appears to be hard wired, but it goes behind the cabinet and I can't tell for sure

Find the breaker for your disposal and shut it off. Stop using that side of the sink and shut off the water supply in the cabinet then put a container under there to catch the remaining leaks. Most garbage disposals are hard wired. If you're sure its not the plumbing then it sounds like you need a new one. They are available at most home stores. I'm not far from Lawrence if you need a hand. PM me and I can come over tomorrow after work if needed. As much as I hate plumbing, this is a job I can handle and I feel like its my turn to lend a hand where needed.

Already got the bucket under there and stopped using that side. Haven't done the breaker yet or shut off the water.

It's tied with the fridge on the breaker...not gonna leave that off for too tong

As long as the breaker is not tripping and you don't use the disposal, you'll probably be fine. Just make sure its shut off if you decide to do any work with it. ...And don't run any more water to that sink until its fixed!..

Jagee, your local Lowes has decent disposals starting at about $100. There may be a few incidental plumbing fittings require too but I have a feeling most of what you already have will work. Just let me know if I can help.
