I am happy to announce that it has been a pretty good day. On the down side, I have two 30% blockages and one 70% blockage, in the artery up the back of my heart, which has torn and healed itself such as to be partitioned in a way that they can't really trace the flow of the blood through it. Nothing that requires any further work at this time.

When measuring ejection fraction (for the uninitiated, the percentage of the heart's internal volume it pumps per beat), 50%-75% is considered good condition, 35%-49% is considered below standard, and 34% and down is considered unsatisfactory with 34% being the cutoff point for installing implants. In April, I tested at 25%. This morning, I tested at 50%.

Now, I just have to get over being helpless following the heart cath, which should take about a week.
