Sunny now but clouds pretty thick to the west. Heard thunder earlier. Helicopter flew over the house so low earlier, it scared the cats and I thought we were under attack. I ran out the door yelling, "You'll never take me alive, copper!" The outside cats just gave me a funny look and went back to napping. Probably should have fired a few shots into the air for good measure.

Doesn't it seem to you that the grid in this area is too fragile? Almost every time we have any significant weather there are problems. It usually doesn't last long, but its very annoying. First world problems I guess.

Your grid is better than our grid. Our grid has tree limbs growing on them. I honestly believe we have more outages on clear, calm days.

The rain needs to go away before I need to light the grill. Shish kabobs are on the menu tonight. I made another batch of cucumber/tomato salad and we still have sweet corn.
