Well we have reached a new level of stupid.
Daughter went 5 blocks over to pick up the 9 year old.
They will not let the kids out as there is a storm warning. WTF.
So lets keep them all in one place so they all get killed. What a load of crap.

When the daughter was in kindergarten, there was a "shooter" (don't remember the circumstances now) on the loose near the school. It was about time for her to catch the bus, so I ran over there to pick her up a little early. They wouldn't release the kids to parents... ticked me off. They were sheltering in place. I thought she would be much safer with her well armed father (and yes besides a sidearm I had thrown the AR in the back seat) than sheltering in the gun free zone of the school.

So parents are not allowed to be responsible for their own children or adults be responsible for their own safety? Sounds about right to me...we must be protected from ourselves!

I guess they sent all the buses back to the schools with whatever kids were still on them. Fortunately mine had just gotten off.

Yes, by 15 deg. Make one heck of a difference. Plus cooling down a at night helps. Have a 36" exhaust fan coming to install in an old spray booth exhaust on the ceiling. Will make a huge difference.

Gooooood to hear. Hate seeing you work in that **** when it's that hot.
