Closed the gate and pulled a few weeds on the way back. This weed pulling thing is a sickness...an addiction I do believe.

Not too bad in the shade since there is a breeze.

I feel sorry for the kids and the animals at the fair. Fair week is always either a bajillion degrees or raining like a mofo. This year, it's the heat. I did see a chance of rain later in the week though...probably just in time to turn everything to absolute mud for the livestock auction and hauling the animals out at the end of the week.

It says 87 here, but the readout on my EF machine said 102 earlier.
Another hour and Im getting some Popeyes chicken and spending the rest of the night in the AC
