The gardener completed one of her projects and is now hauling in dirt to fill the flower beds so no rocks for a while. She had an encounter with a ring necked snake today that didn't go well, she's scared of snakes.

I haven't had time to even work in my flowers for the last couple of weeks. I have pulled a few weeds here and there when I feed the deer/turkey in the morning, but really need to weed a few of my beds. I also need to weed all of my mom's flowers. I think my daughter and I are going to go there next week if the weather cooperates.

She's looking for some sort of furniture for the stone patio part of the complete project. Have to find something with broad based feet as the narrow feet you normally find on patio tables and chairs will get in the cracks between the stones.

This is the right time to be shopping for patio stuff...should be on sale now. If she uses Facebook at all, she should check the garage sale/resale pages locally. I find a lot of good deals on those.
